[edit] Club Information

São Paulo were founded in December 16, 1935 and is the richest and most successful club in Brazil. Known as "Tricolor", São Paulo is one of the most traditional clubs in South America being the brazilian club with most National and International titles. Rogério Ceni, São Paulo's goalkeeper and Captain, scored the 100th goal of his career and became a legendary figure as the only goalkeeper in football history to achieve this mark.

Unfortunately, the only way to make profit in brazilian leagues is by selling 1 or 2 of your players every season (of course, it depends on the value of the player you're selling) as League and Continental prize money and TV revenues are very cheap.

[edit] Tactics

Traditionally brazilian clubs are used to play in a 4-2-2-2 system, but São Paulo has been successfully using a 3-5-2 tactic for some years now. With a good squad depth, variations can be used with no major difficulties.
