Ross Barkley is one of England's most talented young players. The 17 year-old midfielder has huge potential to become one of the world's leading centre-mids. Fracnis Cagigao says that Barkley has the potential to become a leading star for most Premier Division sides, and gives him four stars for potential. Cagigao believes that Barkley will cost around 15.75m. Obviously, this is a huge price for a 17 year-old but Barkley has the potential to be a world-class player and also has the added bonus of being English.
