Radek Cerny - Good keeper and in my opinion one of Q.P.R's best signings of the summer definitely first choice for the Championship however, if you get promoted he might struggle at a higher level and therefore a replacement may be needed.
Lee Camp - Good Back-up to Cerny although in all honesty I don't think he will ever be good enough to become the first choice keeper and therefore may be better selling him sooner rather than later to make sure you get some money for him.
Jake Cole - Never going to break out of the reserves i recommend selling him or loaning him out and hoping he performs and becomes a better player from experience.
Damien Delaney - Really Good defender and would be a great choice for centre back in the Championship and could probably also do a good job in the premiership.
Damion Stewart - For consolidating a good mid table place Damion would be a good player but if you want to push for promotion he will need to be shipped out and a new defender would need to be brought in.
Fitz Hall - A brilliant defender and one of the star players in the current squad. as well as being a good defender he is also good at scoring from set pieces.
Kaspars Gorkss - Although I don't know much about this player he could be quite useful and must be at least Championship quality as he already has 17 international caps to his name.
Peter Ramage - Joined from Newcastle United but could be lacking experience as he didn't get a lot of appearances when he was at Newcastle although he will have had some valuable Premiership training.
Matthew Connolly - Good young defender one to keep hold of. He has went through a good Arsenal youth setup and could become a brilliant star in the future.
Zesh Rehman - Out on loan to Blackpool when he comes back you should try to offload him as soon as possible either that or use him as a defender with great experience.
Gavin Mahon - Good to use as a back-up or super sub but in my opinion the only position you could start him in is defensive midfield as he can play a good holding role.
Mikele Leigertwood - You should try to sell him as soon as possible to avoid getting no money for a player you will hardly ever play.
Akos Buzsaky - Probably the best player in your team at the start of the game and should definitely be kept at all costs as he can fit into many roles in the team.
Adam Bolder - Never going to get out of the reserves, quick sale is a good idea.
Lee Cook - On loan from Fulham, good player although not worth buying after his loan as with the money you get at the start of the game you can get a much better player.
Damiano Tommasi - A player with some brilliant experience in the Italian and Spanish leagues could prove good for 45 minutes of a game as he is getting older now and wouldn't have the fitness to play to many full games.
Emmanuel Ledesma - A brilliant young player who should be signed after his loan expires as QPR have a clause in the loan that means they can buy him for a fee of 3 million euros.
Rowan Vine - Scores quite a lot of goals first season if you can get a good strike partner for him. He should be kept at least first season as I have seen him score 30 odd a season.
Dexter Blackstock - Good back-up to the first season and could bag a few from the bench could become an important part of the team if you do not get promoted first season.
Patrick Agyemang - Not going to get a game apart from reserves try and offload him if you can.
Angelo Balanta - Excellent young prospect do not sell as even if he does not become an important player he may get you a good price.
Samuel Di Carmine - He is a good prospect on loan from fiorentina but may struggle from lack of experience.
 Players To Keep
 Recommendations To Buy
John Joe O'Toole
Victor Anichebe (loan)
 Tactic One
4-3-1-2 QPR can take good shape using this tactic as they can use speed to hit other clubs on the break with three big players up front. Also with this tactic one of the 3 centre midfielders would have an arrow to be running back into the defensive midfield role as this will help the defence out if there are big players in the opposition. Gavin Mahon would be really good in this position and under this tactics could turn out to be a key player in the team.
 Tactic Two
4-1-4-1 This can prove good against the bigger clubs in the league as it is a more defensive tactic that can give the defence a bit of a hand with the defensive midfielder and this tactic should only be used with a fast striker as the tactic will be used mainly to hit the team on the counter attack with preferrably daniel parejo in attacking midfield and blackstock as the lone striker as they can hit the defence's with pace to get into one on one positions with the keeper and give more chances of goals.
