Background
A fan favourite at Hillsborough since coming over from Derby County in 2006, Tugday capped off an excellent 2008/09 season by winning the 2009 PFA Championship Player of the Year Award.
Football Manager 2009
A versatile winger/forward, Tudgay is an excellent purchase for any Championship club and can play into the Premier league as either a striker or a right midfielder. Well rounded in most all attributes, Tugday truly excels in the mental aspects of the game such as bravery or work rate making him well suited to pair with a pacey striker.
Football Manager 2010
Much the same as last season, Tudgay is an extremely useful Championship striker who can play into the lower reaches of the Premier League. The improvements to the tactics engine though do seem to make him an even more useful player as you can customize his playing style to take advantage of his diverse and balanced skills and high work rate.
