Background
Manuel Almunia came through the youth system at Osasuna, he played for them for four years before moving to Sabadell then Celta Vigo. He moved to Arsenal in 2004 and has became their number one goalkeeper, he is performing so well he has been tipped to become England's goalkeeper when he receives a British passport.
