Background

Kevin Thomson is a 25 year old central midfielder who plays for Rangers in the SPL. Thomson started his career at Hibs, where he was named captain by then manager Tony Mowbray, after the departure of Gary Caldwell. In January 2007, Thomson joined Rangers for a fee of about £2million. He made his Rangers debut on 11 February in a 3–1 victory over Kilmarnock, and he got his first goal for Rangers in a victory over Celtic in an Old Firm match on 29 March 2008.

Football Manager 2010

Thomson's best position is as a central midfielder, and is considered a good player in the Rangers squad, even thought he is the 3rd best at this position at the club. His best stats are marking and positioning, so this would help adapt to a more defensive role. Manchester City and Ajax are interested in him at the start of the game, and he can be sold for £5.75million if you wish to offload him.
