José Bosingwa da Silva, or just José Bosingwa is a Portuguese right back that currently plays for Chelsea. He is regarded as a good right back for Chelsea however atm is used in rotation with Branislav Ivanovic in the current squad. Bosingwa has managed to appear for the Chelsea first team over 40 times since joining whilst also appearing for the Portuguese on 23 occasions.

José Bosingwa started his career for the Portuguese club Fornos de Algodres and Boavista youth team before moving to Freamunde and then back to Boavista in 2001. During his time here he made 41 appearances for the club before moving to FC Porto in 2003. Whilst here he was an influential figure in the squad helping the team win the Portuguese League on 4 occasions, Portuguese Supercup in 2 occasions and the Portuguese Cup in 1 occasion. Bosingwa was part of the FC Porto team that won the UEFA Champions League in 2003-2004. In 2008 however he made the move to London to sign for Chelsea FC and whilst here in his first couple of seasons for the club won the FA Cup on 2 occasions and the Premier League and Community Shield on 1 occasion. Jose Bosingwa has been heavily linked to FC Bayern in recent years however nothing has come of it.

José Bosingwa possess is a top right back as his ability as a whole but he mainly excels with his Technique, Composure, Off the Ball, Work Rate, Acceleration, Agility, Natural Fitness and Pace abilities as they are all over 15/20 attributes. Jose doesn't have any real weaknesses.
