Richard Wright - Good goalkeeper for the Championship with a lot of experience. You should try to keep Richard Wright although, if you take Ipswich to the Premiership, you should try to get a new better keeper. Even so, Wright would still be a good back-up for the team.
Shane Supple - Good young prospect and one that if he has the correct training and tutoring, could become a big player in the future for Ipswich Town.
David Wright - Good right back with some Premiership experience at Wigan which could prove vital against the top teams in the Championship.
Alex Bruce - Son of Steve Bruce, Alex is an accurate centre back who makes a few mistakes when under pressure with the ball at his feet.
Richard Naylor - He has struggled to cement a place in Ipswich's first team in recent years. When called upon, he has been solid, but nothing special.
Chris Casement - Exciting prospect making his full début at 19 and being capped by Northern Ireland right up to U-19 level. You should keep hold of him for a couple of years because there is a good chance he will turn out good or, if he doesn't, he might at least get you a bit of money.
Ivan Campo - Bags of experience and can play a good holding role in the defence or midfield.
Dan Harding - Exciting young player who should be loaned out for a season or two so he can gain first team experience that can help him develop into a big player.
Ben Thatcher - You should offload him as soon as possible so as to gain a bit of money, as better players need to be signed.
Owen Garvan - Probably one of the most promising young midfielders in the Championship. You will have to start winning or he might get unhappy and want to leave.
Tommy Miller - good midfielder for Championship level but probably could not cut it in the Premiership. A better player will need to be bought.
David Norris - a player with quite a lot of experience, playing 235 games for Plymouth and scoring 27 goals, he is now trying to get a first team place with Ipswich but probably isn't good enough for a Championship winning team.
Jaime Peters - struggling to cement his place in the first team but could be a promising player for the future.
Alan Quinn - One of the older players in the squad. Vital that he is kept, as you have to balance young promising players with older experienced players.
Jai Reason - Promising player who came through the Ipswich youth system.
Pablo Counago - The most consistent striker you have at Ipswich, he is good enough to help win the Championship but not good enough to play in the Premiership.
Kevin Lisbie - You need to offload him as soon as possible as he will only take up wage and get annoyed when he doesn't get a game every week.
Dean Bowditch - From a young age Dean looked promising but sadly he has not performed well and ended up on loan most seasons in FM. You should try to get rid of him before his value decreases.
Danny Haynes - Capped at U-19 level, he is a very good young star and should be kept at all costs.
Jonathan Walters - Was Ipswich's player of the season last year and is probably one of Ipswich's best players.
