I'm using this tactic with Getafe in my current game on Football Manager. I'm in March and currently 6th in the league, the tactics makes effective use of Soldado's heading ability as a lone targetman and Granero's ability playing behind him. If you have Gavilan on the left you are guarenteed goals with his pace and crossing ability.
