Background
DaMarcus Beasley is a 27 year old attacking midfielder who plays for Rangers in the SPL. Beasley started his career in the MLS before moving to PSV. He also spent a spell on loan at Manchester City before moving to Rangers for £700,000 in 2007. On August 4, 2007, Beasley made his Rangers debut, playing a 90 minutes in a 3-0 win against Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Beasley scored his first goal for the club against FK Zeta in a Champions League qualifier on August 7, 2007.

Beasley's best position is as a left attacking-mifielder, but he can also play well in a central position. He is considered a useful player who would be a good player for most SPL teams.
