Club Information
Charleroi are a Belgian football team who are based in the city of Charleroi. In their early years they were traditionally a yo-yo club bouncing between the first and second divisions although they have been more stable in recent years being in the Jupiler Pro League since 1985. Their trophy cabinet is pretty bare with their only trophy coming in 1947 when they won the Belgian second Division. Their best performance in the top division came in 1969 when their finished as runners up but have also came third on one occasion. They are nicknamed the Zebras due to their black and white stripped kit.
