Celtic are a team who play in the Scottish Premier League. Celtic Football Club were founded in 1888 and since then they have developed into one of the top clubs competing in the Scottish League. Celtic form one half of the Scottish Premier League’s “Old Firm” along with rivals Rangers FC. This rivalry has existed throughout the ages and is well known as being one of the longest rivalries in football with Celtic being a predominantly Catholic club and Rangers a predominantly protestant club. Celtic have won the premier league 42 times, the Scottish cup 34 times, the Scottish league cup 13 times and the European cup once.

The Scottish premier league has been ruled in the last 20 years by Celtic and Rangers as no-one else has won the title in this time.

When you start the game you have to go through the third qualifying round, which is quite easy, considering your squad and the level of competition.

The Celtic budget cannot be changed and you get 8 million but you have to win the league. However, this is not exactly a hard task as the only real team to stand in your way is Rangers.
